Real Estate and Mortgage Firm Seeks Investors and Agents to Fuel Rapid Growth Plan
BOSTON – March 19, 2008 – Next Level Landmark Realty, Inc., a leading real estate and mortgage firm serving the tri-state area of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire, announced today plans to rapidly expand its business operations by adding an additional 100 new real estate agents and 50 mortgage loan consultants.
“We are responding to the downturn in the housing market by fueling the next level of our rapid growth plan to drive market share in the tri-state area,” said Adam Bailey, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Next Level Landmark Realty, Inc.. “The Federal Reserve is swiftly taking actions to improve the economy and we feel secure moving forward with our aggressive market share growth plans.”
Federal Reserve actions to lower interest rates, including yesterday’s 75-basis-point cut in the Federal Funds Rate may spark a new round of mortgage refinancings and potentially jump start new home sales and mortgage loans. Adding staff and seeking $500,000 in investment capital for its growth plan now will position the company strongly to take advantage of the next growth in the residential housing market.
“While our competitors are pulling back their growth plans, we are seeking new agents and investors that will ensure the long term growth of our firm, starting with the next housing growth phase,” Bailey said. “Spring, which is traditionally the strong season for the real estate market, is right around the corner.”
Next Level took significant steps towards its growth plan last month by merging with Stoughton, Mass.-based Parshley & Associates. The merger expanded Next Level Realty and Mortgage’s market share in the tri-state area by adding a third regional office in Stoughton, Mass., to existing offices in Arlington, Mass. and Quincy, Mass.
Part of its growth is due to the fact that Next Level allows its agents to keep 100 percent of their commissions, and even allows them to receive commissions for originating their own mortgages with the firm.
