The spring market is in swing and properties are going under agreement. Some say prices are done coming down, some say not done yet. Prices went downward throughout 2007. Rates are still low. Properties priced right, are certainly selling. Properties are worth more like what they were in 2002 or 2003, depending on the property. The prices are in my view, excellent for Buyers! A great time to buy. My "Right Price Analysis" for Sellers will show you just the information you need to price it correctly at the beginning when you need to get it sold in a reasonable period of time. Longer market time has led to more time for decision making. There are still some multiple offer situations. As always, valuable properties at low prices are still hard to find. I also believe that the prices will be stable for a few years with minimal increases. Now it is more important than ever to have a Real Estate professional on your side no matter what your Real Estate goals are. You need representation!

Location Characteristics: Braintree is definitely a city! Homes with bigger lots (anything over 8K) are more expensive, and quiet streets that can't be used as cut-throughs are the most expensive since Braintree is desireable but quiet streets are hard to find.
